Dream AI is owned and operated by LOCALLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered office at 859; Ward No. 16 Near Maa Durga Niketan; Ghunwara; Satna; Madhya Pradesh; 485773; India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dream AI app ("App") and any purchases made through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Dream AI is designed to assist users in creating winning strategies for fantasy sports platforms such as Dream11 and My11Circle. Our App offers features like team analysis, player insights, and winning chance predictions through artificial intelligence.

3. Purchases & Refund

Dream AI offers in-app purchases to access premium features:

• All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed.
• By making a purchase, you agree that LOCALLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is not obligated to provide a refund for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the App or its features.

4. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Dream AI.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Dream AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

LOCALLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LOCALLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use Dream AI.
